• Yes! SNOUT is completely free! There is no extra cost to track or buy items through SNOUT. There are no hidden features or pay walls.

• When will I get a price drop alert?

• You will get a push notification when the item price drops below your set alarm price.

• What is an alarm price?

• The alarm price is the threshold where you want to receive a notification when your item drops below the alarm price.

• How do you set an alarm price?

• Tap the bell icon or alarm title in order to edit and set an alarm price.

• Does SNOUT track prices on any website?

• Yes, SNOUT tracks any price on any web page. It is important to track an item on its details page, not a deal page that constantly changes. SNOUT will not work with prices that are displayed in a picture or .pdf file, it must be text on a website.

• What platforms does SNOUT run on?

• Currently SNOUT only runs on Android. SNOUT will be released on other operating systems. The more people that use and rate SNOUT the faster it will be ported.

• Does SNOUT track and sell personal information?

• No, SNOUT never sells any tracked data to anyone. SNOUT will track basic user data such as device identifiers, email addresses and the details associated to your tracked items.

• How do I report an item price not updating properly?

• You can report an item price not updating properly by pressing the triangle button in the bottom right corner of the item window. The triangle will turn orange once reported. The triangle will start blinking if an update is available.
